Shipping
We know you are anxious to get your new purchase, and we are busy preparing your order for shipment. Because of this, we are not able to make changes to orders that have been placed, that includes sizing changes, order cancellations, etc.
You should expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days, unless noted otherwise (pre-ordered items will have a estimated shipping date within the title of the product and on your confirmation page). It will then be shipped via our regular carrier.
We use local carriers for shipping and charges are calculated at the cart. For orders over $350 AUD shipping is on us!
e readily ship throughout Australia, USA, and Canada. and can also ship worldwide. Shipping rates are based on carrier rates to your destination.
We also offer free local pick-up in Melbourne Western Suburbs. If you select local pick-up, we will contact you with the address and details.

Express (Australia Post)
$15 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 1-5 business days from dispatch.
Courier Express
$30 flat rate - Shipped as priority. Delivery estimate, 1 business day from dispatch.

* Some countries can only be shipped to via Australia Post. We use DHL as a priority service and use Australia Post when DHL isn't available.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside of Australia will be added to your order total and paid at checkout.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Evertale control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Evertale is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
LOST PARCELS
Evertale offers tracking for all orders, however Evertale does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post/DHL.
