Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love every item from our Evertale shop! Your joy in our pieces is of utmost importance. We understand however that sometimes items don't fit, or workout as planned and therefore we will happily accept exchanges of items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the Evertale bag it came in.) mailed back within 10 days of receiving your garment Unfortunately we are unable to honour a return outside of the 10 days return period.

Returns are refunded via store credit. Exchanges are available on the same item only, in smaller or larger size. Final sale items: no returns, store credits, or exchanges on final sale items.

We do not cover return shipping expenses (to & from) and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If items are lost in post, we do not cover the losses.

We recommend you ship with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery of items. We will respond to your email with our return shipping address. Please keep the tracking number/shipping for your records.

Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.

Please be aware of processing delays for Sale/Discount/Promotion items. We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded.

Evertale provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Should there be such an issue with your order please email our customer service team email needed and we will happily offer you assistance.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Shopping for someone special for the holidays? Get an early start here at Evertale so you have more time to enjoy. The Holiday Return Policy states that if your return falls within the regular 10-day time frame, we will be accepting returns for in-store credit in the form of a gift card (minus the handling fee if you are using the return label, we provide using the returns portal). FINAL SALE items will continue to be ineligible for return. Proof of purchase MUST be provided in the form of an order number, receipt, or with the name of the person who made the purchase.
